Joe Lambert's sporting, competitive spirit, his outgoing nature, and his military history/gaming background made him swerve right into the world of paintball after finally being persuaded to try it around 1994. Always ready to volunteer his ideas, labor and resources for the field, Joe is a major figure at Mike's Place. His personal style of play (Shoot first… shoot again, then ask the questions) serves him well most of the time. Joe's tactical judgment is very acute and sound, which is why his teammates like to defer the planning to him. The Lambert arsenal includes a modified 1st edition Spyder, a GT2000, and a 1998 Shocker. Team communication and relentless attack are his recipe for success. Joe has been a good friend for over twenty years. He has been instrumental in making the backyard what it is today. Joe quickly gets bored waiting in ambush or defense, so unless he is tired, he's attacking and, preferably, with much of his team. Joe is much more interested in team victory than than personal wins and knows the importance of strategy & teamwork. "A bad plan is better than no plan." Joe is a major force on the field.
